The Project: 

Students from the Florida and Indian schools in this collaboration participated in a project called What We Value, where they taught and learned about each other’s daily lives, holidays, and traditions. To expand this cultural exchange to an in-person level, Executive Director Susan Gay Wemette traveled to India to work with teachers and students at St. Bachanpuri School. Susan led creative workshops with groups of students and conducted professional development sessions for teachers and administrators, focusing on the benefits that global education and international collaboration provide to students in any country.
